We know hiring someone to work in your home is a big decision. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often — so you know exactly what to expect when you work with Dad's Handyman CoS.
We prefer cancellations and rescheduling be made as far in advance as possible. We understand emergencies happen and will attempt to work out the situation if possible. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment will not incur charges and any deposits may be refunded, provided they have not been used to purchase non-refundable materials. Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows may incur a 50% fee of the total service cost and will forfeit any deposits made. This helps us cover the time and resources reserved for you.

We do all kinds of work that do not require licensing or permitting. We specialize in small to mid-size jobs and projects. We do a lot of painting and drywall repairs, durable medical equipment installation, assembly and installations. While we do not hold plumbing or electrical licenses, we can still do basic replacement installations such as install a ceiling fan in place of a light fixture, change out faucets and drains, replace garbage disposals, etc.
Estimates have a 30-day expiration. After that, we can re-create the the estimate, but the pricing is not guaranteed to be the same.
